Cons: 1) The 20% “mandatory” tip is ridiculous. Factor it in to the total price when booking because they won’t let you wiggle out of it. 2) they often overbook. Meaning you can make an appointment and still end up waiting a long time, especially before holidays. Don’t even try a walk-in appointment before Shabbat, they’re always packed. If you make an appointment, allow an extra 1/2 hr wait time to be safe. Pros: they give very good manicures, they’re clean and friendly. Not sure why some other reviews here complain of rudeness; maybe don’t give rudeness and you won’t get rudeness back. I find them to be friendly and accommodating, except for that silly tip policy.

Terrible place! I did gel manicure, they forced me to give 20% tip and 2 days later it fell off one by one nail! Never heard such a thing! Gel manicures don’t just fall off before a week minimum!! Never going back there not recommending anyone to go there!

They have such nice ladies working there, and they do a amazing job, I really love how my nails look each and every time

They did a great job!!! She has such talent and gave me a stunning pedicure and a complimentary massage that felt out of this world🙏 I highly recommend going to this spa for all your self care needs!!!!

Gosh they don't stop being extremely pushy with their tips! I don't mind giving a tip but stop mentioning it 6x during my visit. This was my first time there with a friend and we definitely did not feel comfortable there. We definitely did not find our experience relaxing like we attended to. Very rude service. Plus am sorry, but it was a very bad job done with my nails too.... Will not come back again
